Making the Difference Together

When we started to work on the content for this Annual Report back in January, we had no idea what was around the corner and how our lives would be changed by a global pandemic.

To refocus our efforts, we delayed distribution of our 2019 Annual Report to raise money to support our front-line caregivers at Texas Health Resources through our COVID-19 Response Fund. However, as the months go on and COVID-19 continues, we would be remiss to not thank and highlight our wonderful donors and their generosity throughout last year.

Your giving is the lifeblood of our Foundation’s ability to support both our caregivers and critical programs allowing us to help fulfill our Mission at Texas Health Resources of improving the health of the people in the communities we serve. Your support has shepherded us into 2020—through a new way of doing business, a new way of life for our nation, and a heightened need of support for our caregivers, so they can provide the best possible care to our patients.

We hope you will take time to review our 2019 Annual Report to see some amazing stories from patients who were touched through your philanthropic giving and highlights of the many donors who helped make a difference. This year’s theme is focused on you, our donors, who give the gifts of hope, healing, honor and so much more. Now more than ever, these gifts are vital in allowing us to continue confidently into the future.

Thank you for visiting our annual report.

Texas Health Resources Annual Report
Giving Society Spotlight
We value the commitment shown by every supporter of our hospitals and consider each one part of our Texas Health family. To steward our most dedicated donors, we have established Giving Societies. We celebrate our Giving Society Donors annually at our Donor Appreciation Dinner. Please enjoy these videos below highlighting Jimmy and Helen Payton, Hawthorne Society donors and recipients of our 2019 Philanthropic Leadership Award, and the Evans family, grateful patients and 2019 Circle of Giving donors to the Texas Health Fort Worth NICU.
Mission Moment
Each year we celebrate a caregiver at Texas Health who goes above and beyond at our Donor Appreciation Dinner. In 2019, our Exceptional Care Award was given to Keegan Miller, D.O., an ED physician at Texas Health Azle. Watch his story below.
